Shimi Faravar Merik Company commenced its official operations in 2007 (1386 Persian calendar) in the Salafchegan Industrial Town, initially specializing in the production of chemical products, particularly hydrochloric acid. Gradually, by leveraging domestic expertise and collaborating with national specialists, the company expanded into the hot-dip galvanizing sector. In this regard, the company has visited various reputable galvanizing plants across the country as well as multiple galvanizing production lines in Europe, leveraging insights and expert consultations from these visits to develop its own production lines. Currently, Shimi Faravar Merik operates two galvanizing baths and employs over 100 specialized, experienced, and committed personnel. The company possesses a monthly galvanizing capacity of 2,000 tons for various steel components and has secured a distinguished position among industry players in this sector.

With an annual production capacity exceeding 30,000 tons, it provides hot-dip galvanizing services for all types of metal structures. Through continuous quality improvement efforts, the company was honored to receive the National Standard Certificate for Galvanized Coating in 2016 (Persian year 1395).
Additionally, the unit supplies various profiles and pipes (for water supply, industrial, and greenhouse applications) in different sizes, lengths, and thicknesses, available in both black steel and galvanized finishes.
