The Shimi Faravar Merik Company with the aim of enhancing technical and scientific expertise and contributing to the country’s industrial development, operates as an independent and dynamic entity aligned with the latest technological advancements. Leveraging a team of skilled professionals, the company was established in 2001 (1380 in the Persian calendar) as a private joint-stock corporation specializing in the production of chemical materials, including zinc chloride, various fluxes, and hydrochloric acid.

Phase II of Shimi Faravar Merik Company was established in 2008 (1387 in the Persian calendar) in the Salafchegan Industrial Estate, covering an area of 12,000 square meters. This phase focuses on providing hot-dip galvanizing services for industrial components. The facility obtained its operating license and achieved multiple domestic/international certifications in 2009 (1388 in the Persian calendar).

Phase III of Faravar Merik Chemical Company was established in 2011 (1390 in the Persian calendar) to expand its services into design and manufacturing of industrial metal equipment, including:

• Grating (industrial flooring systems)
• Ladders (heavy-duty access equipment)
• Handrails (safety guardrails)
• Platforms (structural work platforms)

This phase marked the company’s strategic diversification into engineered metal solutions for industrial infrastructure.
